Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into between CypRentacar and the customer who places a booking through the website, WhatsApp, phone, or other remote communication channels.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the remote sale and provision of vehicle rental and related services selected by the customer, including reservation, payment, delivery, and cancellation conditions.

3. Service Details

  • Vehicle group, rental dates, pickup and return locations are shown during booking.
  • Total price, included services, and any extras are presented before payment approval.
  • Vehicle availability is subject to final confirmation and operational conditions.

4. Payment and Confirmation

The booking becomes effective once payment is successfully processed and a reservation confirmation is issued. CypRentacar may request identity, driving license, and payment verification documents when needed.

5. Delivery and Performance

The rented vehicle is delivered on the confirmed pickup date and location. If operational issues prevent delivery, CypRentacar will inform the customer promptly and offer a comparable solution or refund.

6. Customer Obligations

  • The customer must provide accurate personal and booking information.
  • The driver must meet the minimum age and license requirements.
  • The vehicle must be used in line with the rental terms and applicable laws.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

Because the agreement concerns accommodation/transport-related services scheduled for a specific date or period, withdrawal rights may be limited under applicable distance sales rules. Cancellation and refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy presented on this website.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be interpreted under the applicable laws and handled by the competent authorities and courts of Northern Cyprus unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
